Kitchens

Red Kitchen
A small galley kitchen adds beautiful red cabinets and new slide in range. We open the wall between the kitchen and dining room and add additional storage in the shallower cabinets on the dining room side - low voltage lighting and fixtures, while expensive, enables us to place light where it is needed.

Small Cherry Kitchen
New cherry cabinets and beautiful granite tops - the lighting was greatly improved.

Craftsman Kitchen
Reorganizing and making better use of existing space brightens this kitchen - flooring is expensive vinyl tile, and the kitchen design compliments the home.

Large Maple Kitchen
Chef’s kitchen with huge island, induction cooktop, prep & clean up sinks, beverage refrigerator, and large tiles on the floor. The kitchen doubled in size when we removed the existing cabinetry.

Cherry Kitchen Breakfast Room
Reorganizing space and opening two walls visually increased perceived space in this kitchen remodel. In the pantry wall we recessed the refrigerator, and used 18” deep cabinets.

Black Granite Euro Style
Sleek maple euro style cabinets combined with polished imperial black granite creates this contemporary design.

Long Island
We opened up the wall between the living room and kitchen and made the opening into the dining room larger in this kitchen remodel. We incorporated the small breakfast room and small kitchen to create one large functional kitchen that opens into the adjoining spaces.

Chef's Kitchen
We removed the original kitchen, installed wood floors, and organized a very large kitchen with lots of work area and storage. The island has a 6” thick maple butcher block top with an inset stainless steel sink.

Green Kitchen
We removed the wall between the kitchen and family room and arched the opening. We also used large ceramic tile in the kitchen and family room. New widows let in lots of light.

Open Kitchen
We removed the wall between the kitchen and family room to connect the kitchen with the rest of the house. An eating bar in the peninsula functions well in this multi generational household. We also tiled the kitchen, living room, and hallways.

Cherry Craftsman Kitchen
These new cherry shaker cabinets with roll out pantries and granite tops create a beautiful and functional kitchen.

Beautiful Kitchen
We opened the wall between the kitchen and den as well as the wall into the old laundry room to create a much larger and more functional kitchen. We also used part of the garage to build a new laundry room.

Cork Floored Kitchen
In this project we installed a floating ‘engineered’ cork floor over the existing sub floor; this enhances the warm amber tones of the cabinets.

Blue Kitchen
The footprint of the kitchen remained the same as well as the location of the sink and appliances. We removed the upper cabinets on the dining room side to open the kitchen to the rest of the home. We replaced the cabinets with new custom cabinetry and the tiled countertops with granite, and to get a broader countertop on the dining room side, we extended the top by adding a gentle curve to the back of the cabinets.

Kitchen - Before and After
In this remodel we removed the framing supported by the 2 posts with an engineered beam and brought the island into the kitchen. We also greatly improved the lighting and opened the dining room and living room to the kitchen and each other.

Parade of Homes Kitchen
This was my old house, built in the mid 1920’s in Nob Hill. New cabinets and tile countertops along with 10 new outlets (there were only 2 originally) completed this project.

PG McHenry Adobe Kitchen Remodel
PG McHenry was a local adobe builder who designed and built many adobe houses in Albuquerque. He has also written a couple of books on building with adobe. This house is featured in one of his books. It was a privilege to work on this house and make it function better. We removed the uncomfortably hard masonry banco and that huge hood, and reorganized the space for better storage and function.

Another Parade of Homes Kitchen Remodel
We removed a tiny kitchen in a huge room and created an eat-in kitchen with an island that is open and functional. The new cabinets blend beautifully with the old, atop a floating maple floor.

Alder Kitchen Cabinets
Custom cabinets with stained glass in the doors, tile countertops and backsplash. Cooking island with granite counters.

Custom Kitchen
New cabinets, eating island, lighting and custom painted accents.
