Whole House Remodels

Whole House Remodel
This project was completed over three years in phases, very little of the house was untouched.  We used several new things on this project.  The recessed lighting is all compact fluorescent on dimmers.  The under cabinet and display cabinets have LED tape which provides bright and even light on the objects being displayed.

Whole House Remodel #2
This project was done in phases over a few years.  We first did a kitchen and bath remodel, removing the wall between the kitchen and breakfast room, moving the doorway to the kitchen over 6” or so, and opening the wall between the kitchen and dining room.  The new master bedroom is an addition that uses the space of the old master bathroom to create a beautiful and compact master bath and study/hallway.  We also added a patio outside of the master bedroom with a roof designed to block most of the summer sun, and let the winter sun shine on in.

Whole House Remodel #3
This project was done in phases over a few years.  The kitchen was the first phase, and required us to open an old outside wall to the dining room. The second phase involved adding space to the existing master bedroom, and adding space for a new walking closet.  An addition created space for a large master bath walk in shower, a laundry area, and a home office.  We insulated and stuccoed the exterior walls.
